Why can’t I use Spotify or other consumer music services at my business?
Consumer services are designed for private individual use, and do not have the required licenses for commercial use.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there is no contract, setup, or termination fees.
Why can’t I choose a specific song to listen to?
To allow interative, specific song selection would require different licensing and be much more expensive for our clients.
Can I create my own promotional announcements?
Yes, you can upload an mp3 on the messages tab or send us a script to use our announcement recording service.
Will there be new music and stations?
Yes, we are always expanding our catalogue.
Do I need special hardware to play music?
No, any browser can play music through our web app. A dedicated hardware unit called a MusicPlayer is also available.
Is there a limit to how many locations I can manage?
A Basic account is for a single location. Premium accounts can manage up to 50 locations. Enterprise accounts are unlimited.
How can I upgrade my account?
Log in as your admin user and click the billing tab. You can change your plan at any time.
Can I remove a song if I don't like it?
Yes, you can ban a song from playing at your locations using the Remove Button (with an "X"). Removed Songs can be restored from the Removed Songs tab.
How does billing work?
Our billing system updates your due balance on a daily basis and places the charge at the end of each billing period (30 day intervals since the account was opened). If you change your subscription, number of users, order a MusicPlayer, or order a custom announcement recording it will automatically be updated in your daily balance. You will be emailed a detailed bill every time your card is charged.
